I’m on 11 full distance finishes (and starts) between 2009 and 2019. I’d class myself as semi-retired from it now. We’ll see.

I’ll throw in my three into the hat; though I am not sure I can count IM Hamburg 2018. The swim was cancelled due to algae so it was a run 6k first before the bike and run.

Now if you really want to get your numbers up you need to get into the triple deca events; that’s 30 IM distance races done continuously. There is one currently taking place in Italy, started on Sunday. For some reason they only have 17 entrants :man_shrugging:

FECK!! Mine’s obviously been a good un then!!! Got lucky there, or you got unlucky!? It was only coz you bleated on about how nice and light yours was that I got mine, when I chanced on a nearly new gift sale on fleabay. I had been so happy on the Softie that I had paid zero attention to new TT bikes available. Happy until SuperFly WakefieldGuy flew past me at Lanza Double EnduroMan and dropped me like a sack o spuds :rocket: , and made me re-evaluate. Lanza MDot a few months later was its first outing.
