The only recent benchmark I have is my marathon 4 wks ago.

Age-grading: 65.67%

Your time of 3:38:25 for marathon as a 55 year old male yields an age-grading percentage of 65.67%

Just did a 30min out and back not looking at pace or anything other than time and HR.
Bang on 5km. Not racing but not as easy as it should have been.

Low starting point. Onwards & upwards.
PB of 19:50 is gonna be a while away

If you read the posts, you’ll see. I used Rincon 2s today, saving the Flys for when the comp heats up. :grin:

I’d jump off a cliff for the last 100 m if it got me sub 20 at this weight.

Those trainers ( I haven’t got ) are obviously banned though…!

I have two pairs of them (might try yet another pair of Next% when the new colour set comes out…I’ve had a 10.5 and an 11. Maybe an 11.5 would work?!?)

So will be wearing my older pair for my benchmark 5km

If you want to improve your 5km times, don’t run past any shop windows. Checking your reflection will really hurt your times. :rofl:

Well mostly, when we go into tier 11 they will be boarded up…

I ve hardly ran since the marathon.

Start next week, it won’t be with a flat out 5k though

I ran in 9”s all my life but a bike fit pointed out I was a size 10…

Who knew?!

Slowly selling and replacing with bigger sizes, if I do break the bank… who do they size?

9.5 feel perfect in k Swiss and Adidas.

Any voucher codes or is it £225 each time?!?
