Timely. I bought a raclette offa eBay 2 weeks ago. Once I find some cheese then off we go. My 5yo and I love a fondue once a month so this is us branching out :grin:

I love cheese. But not stinky blue cheese, or runny shit, and nothing from a goat.

A good whip-cracking cheddar is what I like.

I like David Stowe cheese

Comte is my current favourite, I quite like blue cheese but oh dear it makes me dream, can’t eat it after about 2pm

The Wife makes a cheese trip to Wenslydae 3 or 4 times a year.
