Set a new month low for beats/km on Thursday evening, 682. It was very cold and perhaps this helped 
Interested how cadence just seems like it’s maybe baked in. Apart from the run on 11th which was with a friend from work & more at her pace, all the others seem to be within 5 steps per min.
It will have… not pumping (as much or any extra) blood to the skin for cooling.

Maybe HR is a bit surpressed, picked it up in the last 300m but too late for a 48:5x
