Any X-Box experts out there?

I know zero about gaming but neighbour has teenage kids and they are having trouble with their Xbox-S. She sent me a txt of the following error code:

0x8027025

They will try a factory reset but I have not heard if that has worked. Any ideas?

If they haven’t already, get them onto YouTube. Usually loads of little help videos on there. We had an issue with an old xbox and that’s how we sorted it.

Thanks mate. She said they tried the YT fixes but nothing is helping. The full factory reset didn’t work. I’m only helping because I don’t want an angry teenager next door slamming doors. :smile:

google that error code, and see what the problem is, then sort it.

(a quick look suggests it is connected with their account/‘live’ connection rather than the machine )
