They’re not that bad. The tougher ones are quite short, quite steep. But i can’t imagine (without going back and doing some diligence) that they’re much worse than what you did at Helvellyn. I guess H had longer climbs, whereas these are punchier efforts. The rest of the course just rolls up and down constantly.

Yeah, did you get the bolts you need? Need to post a pic once they’re done
Yeah, got the bolts, but…my extension holders are 24mm. Aerocoach are “industry standard” 22mm - my measurement was incorrect by 2mm.
I’ve ordered some shims (24mm to 22mm GXP BB ones 
)
I didn’t think the Screwfix plumbing ones would work so good 
Can’t wait to do the internal cables again
