I am enjoying this in a “background zone out” sort of way. Maybe fell asleep for a wee while. Maybe accidentally drank a beer at one point… but hey, footage is excellent.

I’ve been a bit ‘meh’ this year with my training and racing since everything got canned… so somewhat surprised to find myself watching this and thinking “I really really want to go race an IM again”… and “be really good to go smash myself, and suffer like f***k”!

already entered for IM Copenhagen in ‘21 courtesy of IM’s inflexibility, that I can’t do… promised Mrs MC no IM next year as we’ve got too many important family events, that the training would get in the way of… so back on it in ‘22… going to do some local sprints and club 10’s instead
