I wouldn’t rule out going back in 2023 too, it’s an annoyingly fun week, apart from the majority of Saturday of course

In 2014 for some reason I never clocked the race was Saturday. Booked flights to arrive mid pm Thursday, resulting in a horribly rushed, stressful Friday sorting everything.
On the positive it resulted in an extra post race day to give Ruta 66 a good caning.

Any speculative dates yet for 2023? I have my fingers crossed for a half term overlap like 2018.

I suspect they estimate how many people will come at half term anyway, then do the maths as to whether to hold it outside HT
Problem should be easier than it used to be with HT dates varying across Britain , France and Germany.
