Shoes?

Must be 4 minutes over a marathon + the lessening impact/fatigue meaning they can run at pace deeper?

Although its still fast

the depth of field is helping to push them on…

Certainly, ex ITU athletes with a run background also must be helping push the field on. Its incredible really, sub 9 was the reserve of CW, now its just what they do.

Bike tech has moved on a lot since CW though? I dare say nutrition a little bit as well.

Reckon she thought, she might see stars at that moment.

Sadly yes.

Can she keep going to get 2nd or 3rd

Nope. She’s shipped two minutes in two minutes.
Chelsea has sped up.

She’ll be lucky to keep third (KM)

I’d like to hope she still keeps going, must only have a lap to go.

But having walked the walk of shame on that course it isn’t pleasant :unamused:

Edit: running again, maybe it was just cramp but she’s a tough nut and in comparison to her accident that’s barely an itch!

Its going to mean a lot of dropped points for the championship even if she keeps 2nd.
