Lcb doesn’t seem to be pulling away any more now.
Fenella in that front pack as well. 
Gaps look massive to 2nd and 3rd swim packs, must be North of 5 minutes.
I think LCB got a gap to stop anyone getting a free ride and has paced it since.

If there was any lingering hip damage for LCB (I really hope not), where will that manifest most, bike or run? Has she done an IM since the fracture?
Not an IM I don’t think. But she did that odd distance PTO a short while back.

she won the WT World Long Distance title in Samorin (I was there) - not quite IM distance but it was he 1st race back after the injury and she smashed it
