Could Ryf out run LCB or Langridge? Best thing they could do out front is keep their powder dry and let Ryf burn matches to catch them.

Time to check out unfortunately, looking good for a marathon showdown, as Jorgan has just hinted, have Fenella & Lucy being going steady and the others pushing a bit hard to catch up. But Ryf hasn’t won 5 times for nothing.
Enjoy the rest of the race if you are retired and don’t have to get up

According to Trirating, they have Ryf a faster predicted run split than both. Langridge is down at a 3:11
