Kona 25

What’s the score with Iden & Giant? He has their name on his suit, but was riding an open mould frame.

What’s an open mould frame?

Not licenced to one brand.

I am in. I eat insinuating he’s using anything !

32 mins faster than Allen’s best time though…
Better suit
Better bike ( much )
Carbon shoes

Worth half an hour? Tight for me.

On the penalties, I remember one tri podacster getting a penalty (on a crowded bike course) sayinng that in retrospect it didn’t hurt their race as much as they thought it would at the time. The rest with a chance to eat and drink meant they ran faster than they expected.

From.what I have seen Ditlev’s penalty was for bike positioning (maybe blocking?) When Neumann tried to pass him but the moto right next to Ditlev blocked.the move. If so, that is beyond harsh.

Iden’s bike says Giant in Norwegian but the spray job does look like a generic frame. I thought it was.

Oh I think I remember that caught on cam. He was in the wrong and the rules are the rules. He manoeuvred because it looked like the moto was in the way but the moto moved and he pulled back from the draft zone instead of completing the pass. That was it right?

Skippers epic wales win was after standing around for twenty minutes too.

I know the result and how it played out but now I’m home, I’m still watching the replay

I think it was that incident but it was Ditlev in front, with moto next to him. Neumann tried to pass but got blocked by the moto and didn’t complete the pass. At the time I thought it woild be tight to penalise Neumann but they didn’t. They seemingly penalised Ditlev for preventing the pass by being next to the moto. If it was then, that is unfair IMO.

Sebi, what a legend. Total man crush. He will be missed.

Also in his pre race BwB he 100% got it right on how Lionel would go. Suspect a few will be tapping on his door if he goes down the coaching route.
