We used Stuart Jacob from Oakwood, as he came recommended and we were really happy. (did have to fend off his insurance selling colleague a few times after the deal though).

Thanks folks, between my initial asking and now I’ve heard from the solicitor we may have to wait EIGHT B*****RD MONTHS FOR THE LAND REGISTRY TO DO ITS THING.
