Must do more?

Yes, things I need to achieve. Could be delegated. The little things get thrown out if the big thing takes longer.

People write to-do lists but leave them unstructured. Then they go do the small easy things first and leave the bigger harder tasks to later when they’re already tired.

  • Speed work (running) when heel up to it. Less mileage more quality

  • strength and conditioning

Probably won’t do either :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

It is still a to do list. I sort of do the same thing. I either order by priority or time needed. I can usually do a couple of the quick things on my list early in the day regadless of rpiority before stand-ups, etc. As @joex mentions above, if something requires a lot of concentration and time I don’t start them if I know I will be interrupted by a series of short meetings. Once they’re done I can get on with the more meaty tasks. I don’t have a massive list of everything I need to do, just what I want to get done. I like to do at the end of the working day as that way I find I don’t have an evening where I keep recalling things I need to do the following day.
