Many top level swimmers have hyper mobility in their shoulders and elbows, unusually big hands and feet. XC skiiers all have huge VO2 max .
You can do very well with effort and work, i dont see why even i couldnt trouble some AG tri podiums if i had the time to train and recover well , but no amoutn of training would have me running with Alex Yee.
