As it is, the fact that some women can beat some men is used as an argument for trans inclusion.

Read The Sports Gene, really highlights how much nature pays a part in getting to the very top. i.e. @pacha was never gonna play in the NBA no matter how much he trained, likewise I was never going to be a jockey or 10000m runner. Many top level swimmers have hyper mobility in their shoulders and elbows, unusually big hands and feet. XC skiiers all have huge VO2 max .
You can do very well with effort and work, i dont see why even i couldnt trouble some AG tri podiums if i had the time to train and recover well , but no amoutn of training would have me running with Alex Yee.
