That’s why they made Nice hot, Cork utter shite and Bolton murderous…so they have to work for it

Cam Wurf uses it as a training day for Roth. I’m glad I didn’t go in the end. Partly down to how hot it was but also I’d hate to have my Kona slot knicked by Vino.

I must confess to never having done one of the ‘tough’ Ironman courses; but the weather in most of the ones I’ve done have made it tough in its own right. I think I’ve only had decent weather in 3 out of 7. Four have been like Cork or Frankfurt.
I’ve done some hideous ‘short’ course events though, including Blaevavon & Perranporth.
