Resurrecting an old thread - I have PowerTap pedals where the left is working fine but the right is reading zero power. They both connect, I have a green flashing light on each, batteries are good. I can “see” them on the SRAM app, but the right pedal is showing zero power and zero cadence.
I’ve taken the spindle out and checked the bearings - all clean and good, no play.
Any ideas?

I also have the same issue mentioned on this thread where I’m looking for a replacement battery cap as my left pedal battery cap has lost its shape so its very difficult to unscrew.
I was hoping that once I replace the battery in the left pedal with a lithium battery that the right pedal connection might start working.
18 quid is four flat whites…and you need it right.
