Remember the good old days of teams being thrown out of events when one of their riders tested positive for something more illicit.

I think I saw somewhere that a few UAE riders were withdrawn for covid too.
It’s difficult to see how this is going to work out well for cycling with so much travelling and intermingling. They just can’t maintain a bubble.
One of the NTT riders in this race was staying as a guest of one of my mates in Weybridge for a few weeks, before going to Italy for a week for a team training camp, returning to Weybridge for a few days and then flying out to Spain for the race.
