Yeah that’s typical of outsource IT, want everything in writing. Even if you talk face to face they will want written confirmation on what you spoke about. Especially when you have KPIs and clawbacks in contracts they will want to know exactly what they are being asked to do

the one that pisses me off is some people who mail a group address (basically a circulation list) and also copy in the individuals so you get everything 2x.
