Ive switched to using a bench during conferences now.
Not sure about footwear but it would have been a varierty of havianas, trainers, shoes.
This was my issue. Lazy Hamstring and Quad dominant causing poor hip angle and general lower back unhappiness.
Resistance band Clam shells every day!

flip flops are not good (not for this specific problem)…the varying shoe differentials will certainly affect your posture…
