I wonder if he always runs it in the same direction? £5 says yes
Tenner says he’s got the local legend on that segment ![]()
I’m imagining him like a Japanese soldier on a deserted island, still thinking the war is on

That’s a Tad bit crazy
Looks like he started in May2017 and hasn’t looked back since
One short break in April ‘23 when he went to Cancun
I can ask him when I next see him. All I have to do is stand in the right spot for about 30 mins in the morning and he’ll be along on schedule.
you could probably set your watch by him I reckon.
Wonder how fast he could run a marathon if he went for a time ![]()
Might not translate into being able to go much quicker. His body may have simply adapted for that specific requirement.
That would be my expectation.
Cant see 4:42 marathons translating to a fast Marathon. He did throw a 4h12 in recently though. PR?
Joking… his Strava PR is 3h33m15s
1h41m Half

Quite a lot of activities have a new tag under them today saying Albert Parkrun etc and seems to go to a group, guessing it recognises the course ![]()
Also saw one that wasn’t a parkrun but a trail challenge by a local running shop.
Mr and I both think the strava lawsuit is so they can prep to release their own hardware. It was my immediate thought when the lawsuit landed.
Possibly, but I can’t see them making inroads against the likes of Garmin and even Apple.
