Really pleased for Ditlev. Reckon Matt can sneak in under 9:30. Which would be incredible given the last few weeks
He’s probably looking nearer 9:40 but that is amazing for anyone let alone a 50 year old.

Congratulations @Matthew_Spooner what a race, made even more exciting by the journey to the start line. Thank you for bringing us along. Solarer Berg looked crazy as ever, the run looked hot hot hot and you still delivered a brilliant result
