The 2019 weigh-in thread

Not weighed myself recently, too ashamed!

All I know is I’ve gone from 32 waist trousers/jeans to 34, verging in 36. Also looking decidedly portly in photos.

Started using My Fitness Pal again this week and getting consistency back into training.

Now is as good a time as any!

It Christmas buffet week on our office floor this week, no way in hell am I getting on the scales as I pick something up pretty much every time I walk past the table!

We have a Panettone in the kitchen at the moment; I’ve only had one piece so far…as well as a bit of Xmas cake and cookie; that’s on top of my lunch.

Good job I’m biking home again.

we’ve got a team buffet thing tmw instead of a xmas meal. But there’s been chocolate on tap for the past week. My wife gets given tonnes of choc from patients at this time of year as well (re-gift )

I’m making some jewelled couscous instead of bringing in more stodge, Don’t know why, was just after a few giggles and it certainy got that when i put taht against my name! haha. Douby anyone will eat it … but i need to line my stomach for my annual night out with my mates that i don’t see very often any more. Though gone are the days of sacking work off and starting at 12,00! I’m heading down at 7 instead. I don’t think i wil handle much more than 4/5 pints … though i’ll inevitably end up having more. I am on a winning streak (well not losing) on spoof though, 2 years in a row after losing about 4 years in a row!!

What does the ‘jewelling’ of couscous involve?

adding pomegranate seeds!!

wow

Next level cooking mate :boom:

Off season in full swing!:beers::beers::pizza::burrito::cake::chocolate_bar::beers::beers:

71.7kg. Trod water for a month; time to kick 2kg into the long grass.

I’m 1 kg behind you Tro.
Lighter after Xmas has to be good though.

No point being skinny in the winter.
