Is there a tracker/Strava link to follow Laura?

No tracker I’m afraid. As soon as I have all the data I will post the route maps and she has people on course giving her a cheer

Amazing effort. I’m exhausted just thinking about it. There’s not a lot of time left for sleep… I guess it’s a case of shower, shovel food down and into bed?! Keep going

Absolutely.

Day 3 swim: 1.41:52

That was what done @BigTed in his first Deca and nearly his second as well. He was getting 4hrs kip at most and it just all caught up on day 7. That and he couldnt swim. Because the swim was OW and he was taking around 2hrs the fatigue was making him really suffer with the cold.

Yep. OW is a different kettle. But wetsuits allowed?

How long was his bike and run?

Yes wetsuits, but was out there 22hrs a couple days, new forest so “rolling” and tun was a trail and also quite hilly.

Want to find his write ups. Did a great race report.
