Training - What Training?!

Thanks Anna. Wow that wall looks ‘busy’ :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Yes! Each route is colour coded, so you pick a colour and that’s your route! One of my recent routes, for example, was the orange on the back wall!

Actually the Japanese (who are some of the best sports climbers/boulderers in the world) have extremely “busy” walls - they call them spray walls:

So they’re “funwalls”, really good for the kids, and pretty easy, no tieing in just the auto-belays, clip in the harness and go.

Had a look at the link, these walls look like lots of fun - LO will love it!

Hope you feel a bit better today

I couldn’t cope with that.

I’ve taken my children to one of those fun wall places a few times, they love it.
Also taken them to a local bouldering place, that’s harder for me but they still have fun and climb a bit. Best bit is that it’s free for under 12s.

11km easy run. 1.02 at 5.39 pace

Felt ok, bit tight inner quad. Will back off and walk tomorrow.

Easy run with five minutes intensity at the end.

Tempted to leave the thread in suspense…I stopped to drop off my too-small-shoes at a Hermes collection point.

Time to crank it up a bit after 4 months MAF running.
