Well I haven’t run all week after the brick at the weekend was a literal pain in the glute. Think my bike position may need relaxing slightly, but a risk to change stuff at this point.

There’s been some chat about a smackdown in 2025 on the race thread.
Do people here stull do tri? I’m up for Cots 113 or Classic again.
Outlaw half looks good but I think May is too early.

If my knee holds up then I plan to do both. Its £350 for a combined entry. Will probably enter in about a months time

I’d like to but various things are TBD yet for next year. Might see if the GF fancies a week away but would probably be the July race.
