A sandbag is about how well I’m floating at the moment. Got out of the habit in lockdown and never really got back into it. Managing to make club swim about 1 week in 2 for an hour of slow and splashy, and thats it . Probably 10 secs/ 100m slower than 2 years ago.
Fuck yeah! I’ve swam more in the last 4 weeks than I have in the previous 4 years. Actually think that may be a legitimate stat.
Still shit though!

Get back in and can still do 1:30/100m
