I didnt know there were “emoji politics” but I would never have used a “black” emoji, it just seems incorrect to do. I now know it actually is racist.
Its really strange behaviour by the kid but whatever the thinking behind his tweet he has destroyed any hope of a career. Shame as maybe education and help is what he needs.

Exactly, you intuitively know that it’s not right even if not aware that other may see it as racist.
A bit like
