In the last 48 hours I’ve had hail stones stinging my face, torrential rain that I’ve only ever seen that heavy in disaster movies and blown over and thrown to the ground three times.
Glad I’ve now returned to northern Scotland 
ETA: and a lighting strike to ground so close that I felt rather than heard it.
