I had a 201! Same thing but later model. For windsurfing.
You had to wait about 10 minutes for it to connect to satellites (which it showed it doing pictorially to 4 individual spatial locations).
I still have a photo somewhere of the 201 offering proof of me proudly breaking 20 knots on a windsurf board. What can I say? Not fast on any mode of transport ever. Officially.

I had one of these, probably still do somewhere.
Mine had a massive long strap on it so you could wear it outside of your jacket.
I think I nominally bought it for skiing with, but really, i just liked having a toy.
