As for progress on previous years, most the ones I wrote here for 2020/2021 were non-exercise given priority on trying to come to Aus.
- Ran 17:00 in a park run with 3 dead turns. Got fitter after that and ran 17:30 in sprint tri. So almost achieved, but not quite.
- Have still never ran a 10km
- Did 1:17 for a well trained half marathon in August, giving the confidence I could run low 3hr ironman if I can build the endurance.
