Am I the only one that rearranges the toppings for more symmetry and even distribution before cooking?
(Difficult on frozen ones, you sometimes have to prize them off with the point of a knife)

I jiggled it about a bit, but not much. I was starving.

Managed to lose 5 pounds I. 2 weeks. Think Covid helped.

Despite eating lots of leftover Christmas chocolate this week. I’m down further to 70.5. Hoping getting back into the gym will arrest the decline further! Yes I realise this is a problem many would like…sorry!

Another sub 80kg but I didn’t do much aerobic exercise yesterday so not dehydrated so more likely a real weight.

98.8kg this morning, down from 99.3 last week.
Only 0.5kg but after a couple of dodgy meals and too many treats I really thought it might go up, so I’ll take that.
