Ah no way. When I booze it’s all about the carbs! Crisps and chips and dirty meat!
Honestly think if you’re training training it really doesn’t matter
107.1kg & 34.8%
First time weight has gone down since I started taking Creatine a couple of months ago. I’ve got about a week’s worth left so will take a break over Christmas then decide if I want any more in the New Year.
Bit of a spike for me, 87.6 this morning. Maybe that post session sandwich on Saturday was a little ‘too big’
WTF!?
113.1kg. This is the highest I’ve ever weighed.
I went to buy some new jeans on Saturday and nearly had to go up a waist size. And when i looked at myself in the mirror in the changing room I looked fucking terrible.
Holding 72 every Monday morning now.
Running ok and the extra 1-1.5 kgs seems to help with power for the daft shit I’m doing at the moment.
Plus bike power and swimming too it seems.
I’ll diet in Jan and try and get near 70 whilst still keeping a bit of grunt
( no artificial testosterone involved )
Don’t lose heart mate, annoying as it is to go up a size, you always feel better in clothes that fit.
That’s in your hands mostly
This is probably the worst week out of the 52 to start a diet keen till Xmas/ new year then boom!
New year is a big obvious target, good luck, everything you need to know is on line, but you knew that already.
Calories in
Calories out
Is probably the best method
96.6kg today, lowest all year. Reasonably consistent training is actually working!
113.8kg. Now no longer obese, just overweight.
Blimey, from the worst point to now, I have lost 30kg, and 18cm from my belly. I mean thats great, but Christ its disgusting how fat I got.
Probably another 15kg to go and another 10cm from the belly and I will be all round healthy from a weight perspective.
not the recommended way to lose weight but something positive has to come from this!
Yeah I havent lost all that in the last month
Although a decent chunk has some since it all kicked off.
Been walking loads. 12.5k steps a day average. Eating and drinking less.
107.1kg & 34.6%
Weight the same but bodyfat down slightly (probably within the margin of error for the scales)
Still getting PBs at the gym fairly regularly so prepared to keep doing what I’m doing & have a watching brief on weight before deciding on some kind of cutting phase in the future.
86.3 today
Creeping back up, just over 78kg now.
Last week involved 3 days in Lapland where 16/8 diet went out the window after the 3am alarm to start the journey. Fry up at the airport (which was extremely disappointing, no bread of any type for £16 breakfast at Bristol), then 2 buffet breakfasts and 2 buffet evening meals where I ate loads. That being said, I think I was using a lot of energy in those temps and pulling the kids round on toboggans, my watch we regularly beeping, I hit daily step count every day and 10 flights of stairs multiple times (I’d never noticed you got a beep/award for every 10) in a day.
The morning after we got back (Friday) I think I was 80kg (I didn’t get the app to record it), which shows how much/easily weight can fluctuate.
Must be muscle bulk after the toboggan rides How do you find the 16/8 with harder training sessions? I did it at the start of the year but really struggled to have the energy with top end efforts. I had a weekend of parties so I skipped breakfast this morning.
Got no scales in our desert gaff, so haven’t weighed in months. Clothes still fit, so assumed it hadn’t changed much.
Sure enough, just stepped on the scales back home in Blighty and was surprised to be within 300g of Zwift weight at 68.3kg
However… am now surrounded by things like Pork and beer, so hello the 70+ highway
108.2kg & 35.1%
It was going to be a bit if a face off between losing a few pounds from coming off creatine or gaining a few due to usual Xmas excesses.
Looks like Xmas is winning🤣
Thought I had lost a chunk more weight. Was actually a bit worried because I didnt think I should have. Turns out the floor in the new bathroom is a bit spongy and depending on my lean it changed by about 4kg each way.
Did it in the kitchen and its where it was last week. At least I havent put any on.
