2024/2025/2026 weigh in thread

Lost another cm off the waist, gained another one in the chest.

Would be happy if I was doing upper body hypertrophy I suppose…

^ 22 days ago. A week to 10 days later I hit 74kg, that was a wake up call.

Back to 72.3 - 72.5 kgs the last few days

75.4kg. First weigh in, in about 6 weeks. I was expecting something around 77kgs, so happy with that.

2026 Update
I’m posting the same table, graph & update on both this thread and the training one.

In short, I started a new work contract in September, with far more trips to Derby than planned.

Too much travel, eating & drinking and too little exercise/sleep had left me deeply worn out.

Height = 5’ 7.5” / 1.71m.

01/01/19 – 14st 8.6lbs / 92.8kg - Personal Worst

01/08/25 - 11st 6.2lbs / 72.7kg :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

01/05/26 - 12st 12.4lbs / 81.8kg :man_facepalming:

Hopefully I will be able to improve things over the next few months. :crossed_fingers:

Until then, take care, Paul. :slight_smile:

Eek, hope you can turn that ship around quickly.

Can’t tell if your new contract is to make red t shirts, or the hotels for Monopoly

Feeling a bit of the same pain, having engineered a work situation where I’m not training as much as I want to. So far in 2026 am down somewhere near 4 hours per week :cry:

Edit: checked with Strava 2h14 of running per week, 2h10 of bike and (somehow) 6 minutes of swimming!
