Hoping to make up for a lack of training by giving the bike a bit of an end of summer spruce. Managed to scrub off last year’s energy drink and everything!
Eta - I don’t actually like the paint job on this bike at all. It’d be cool to get it sprayed one day.

Gone a bit mental this morning and entered 4 races!
15/9 - 50M TT near Keswick
22/9 - Redcar Half
6/10 - Local 15M trail race on the moors 
8/12 - Another trail race on the moors
The last one is the half version, there’s a TT smackdown between the denim clad one and @Chriswim ! 49K is likely to cripple me these days and I’d probably be running in the dark

So, just as well they had the swim event today, or we could have been swimming 3k tomorrow.
When the 750m swimmers weren’t in before 20mins they realised something was up. The 750 loop was actually more like 1200. Hopefully they sort it out for tomorrow.
