Is that 45 each with me?
Good effort
IIRC - Armstrong was 500 odd up dāhuez
He missed the ā2ā infront of the 90watts.
If I wish that I could push Davidās Watts
Jam single from the 70s
Iād have to remember how to pedal first, the calibrate my trainer, then remember my Zwift log in, then see if I could even ride for an hour! ![]()
suggest maybe skip the ācalibrateā part. Unless it seems to be under-reading of courseā¦
There was an element os āwhoās going to know?ā for sure! ![]()
Oh and dont worry about weighing yourself, an estimate will do, I always go for 60kg as I was that in 1982, no need to change it
seems fair ![]()
thatās decent ![]()
Iām thinking of having a go after work tonight but wonāt be troubling you on the leaderboard
@Chriswim 330W
, just how ,right now Iād be happy holding that for 60 seconds
It certainly is, thatās my best ever 7 minute power. (Probably 50sec at that atm)
Speaking for myself.
You know youāve lost fitness when you wonāt be able to hold the power that your trainer can resist without being plugged in.

Safely through to round two. ![]()
Need to find another 5 - 10 watts for next month. ![]()
That is showing as Z3 and a nice low HR.
215w should be okay, yes/no?
Possiblyā¦ā¦but it was boring AF ![]()
Lol It does become a grind. Bet you loved it really.
I did say intervals is fine, makes it a bit more interesting.
177W for me this morning, doubt Iāve held over that for an hour at any point this year.
Would hope residual fitness would get me towards 280-300 if I truly went for it at the moment.
And with a HR of 125, got a few months of build in reserve there
Surely something like āTempleā 3x 12ā OUs, at your aiFTP would get you an average of 200+ watts for the hour.
Have you got any ~4.2 - 4.5 coming up on the calendar?
Iām going in⦠road to sky ![]()
