Aero Testing

Could probably do with a new lid.

Forgot to reply but that does look like a decent position for triathlon, not sure lower is better if you need to run.

As Adam says there could be better helmet options and I wasn’t sure if you could move your seat forward as that doesn’t look very comfortable.

I tried an Aerohead during the fit which worked well for me. Really need to get one though as I’m still on the cheapo Carnac one for years ago.

Saddle is ok, I like sitting quite far forward on it but I do move around a little for comfort.

I could do without my tummy getting in the way. Thats priority number 1 this winter.

At first I thought your leg was very high at the top of the chainset but looks fine extended, a tight hip angle? I’m not hugely convinced about the really short cranks, probably helps some but not others. I tend to grind a low cadence and feel better with longer cranks.

They’re 170s

Swapping to 165 would mean I could move saddle up 5mm and flattening out a bit and slightly improve the hip angle. Not a bad idea if it could be a low cost swap.
