Don’t know what the argument is - at the end, they all agree - more nuanced discussion, make healthy choices etc etc. I’m sure if you asked an anorexic patient about CICo they’d prob say - well it worked for me :laughing: not making light of the illness, just pointing out daft debates

@joex has taken one argument and ran with it.
@Hammerer has mentioned loads of sensible stuff, but been largely ignored.

CICO isn’t a lie.
I followed it for four years and lost 15kg and maintained it.
But a sample of one is awful.

But then if it works for me, chance is it’ll work for someone else, too?!

So it’s not technically “a lie” - it’s far more nuanced than that. I’m also aware it won’t work for everyone either. But it does work.

but I’m bored of waiting to prove I am who I say I am to my new client, …and…I’m not on Twitter, so came here for the :fishing_pole_and_fish:

Yeah as we keep on saying there’s no cookie cutter approach. Everyone’s make up is different so for one person to shout at someone else for being vegan or lo carb or whatever because ‘they think’ it’s nonsense is silly. A menopausal woman’s requirements will be different to a guy in his 30s, or a diabetic additionally etc etc
