Pissing it down with rain down here at the mo.
Iāve just written my packing list and itās frickin massive! @chickenboy came to my rescue spotting a few gaps including my race belt and number! 
Iāve got the kids all day, so itāll be super relaxing

Iām being a tad facetious. Iāve got them for half of the day, but no doubt Iāll over compensate later. Then itās me and the eldest this evening for TV night as Mrs GB is riding with a friend as its peeing it down now.
Regarding the race, Iām really flat at the mo. Always the same with me. 2 weeks out and Iām bouncing off the walls. Excited, loads of energy, nervous, canāt think of anything else. Then with every passing day,whilst I remain properly distracted (work had been hard to concentrate all week) I actually get less and less nervous or fussed about the race. Almost a sense of apathy rolls across me for the last few days. Itās weird. Iām super calm to the point of not caring (think itās my self/ego preservation kicking in).
Itāll dial up again tomorrow though.

Looks like fairly dry now, maybe a bit of rain 9-10 tomorrow. Trying to remember which year was biblical rain; 2016 I think (113 race). I think I kept my sunnies on and could barely see anything on the bike 
. Wore Zoom Elites that year; so some nobbles on forefoot.

Bit of rain overnight here, but just overcast at the moment. Probably be a bit slippy in places round the lake, but nothing too bad (assuming no monsoons today

8km very easy run this morning with a mate who I havenāt seen for a few months, was only meant to be 5 or 6km, really shouldnāt have gone that far 
Shouting wise, Sowler or Eyeball are good with me.
Seat changed over. My god why did I not do that sooner, sooo much more comfortable and not digging into my hamstrings!
Current weather in Cirencester is overcast, there was more rain again last night.

As I know that I am āonly getting aroundā then I am quite relaxed. I am really struggling with running at the moment so completing will be a Brucie Bonus. Due to the injury no training of any description for the last 8 days. So on the day feel free to shout out Sparky or Fatty whichever seems appropriate 
On Sunday āI will be mostly running in a Castelli Tri Suit black with pink shoes (NB carbon Platted)ā
