Nice one, was running low on HIgh 5 zero, and my bottles are getting a but manky. The cheaper gels are handy for emergencies, as i’d never use Maurten etc outside a race (or race sim) as i’m not an oligarch!

I’ve still got two boxes of Shot Blocks that I got for £4 postage ea and that’s all. They’ve been expired for a year now but it’s just sugar, they’ll be good for another 5 yrs

I’m coming to the end of my two boxes now. They’ve been little lifesavers, always knowing i can grab a pack from the cupboard, even when the house is bare!

It’s not an issue, but last time I had a pack that were a few years out of date they went really firm. They were still fine (as stated, just sugar) but took a bit more effort to chew than fresh ones.

Down to about 6 ? Boxes worth now.
I did get 14? Boxes in the end, all my bikes got brand new gold chains ( which were on offer of course!)
I carried on using them through my weights/ boxing period they taste great.
It don’t grow on trees you know !
