@FatPom - Hope you have a good night.
Have at it fella
Keep going when it feels the worst - it will pass
Nice one @FatPom
Good luck through the night.
Nothing wrong with walking in the slightest. As you know, it’s a skill in of itself. Poles and a solid walk. Keep ticking the metres off in the night.
As you’ll know, darkest time literally and emotionally will be an hour before first light, so about 3am I’d say. Be ready with your caffeine tabs to stop the inevitable mental decline. That’ll be when your body tells you to quit. Fight it. Dig in. Hold strong.
You got this.
Spot on
Ear phones in for me for some pumping tunes around 1am to get you through the low energy point

In my world, I’m just about to go for an 8km run now, before a nice lunch later.
Good luck, Paul.
Incredible distances
Toughed through one more lap then before presumably some sleep. Let’s see how day breaks whether there’s any more laps to be attempted this morning.
Wow. I simply can’t imagine running the whole bike leg of a 70.3, which is pretty much what @FatPom has done so far.
What a great support team too
Get at it tiger
Nice work FP. Good luck bringing it home this morning!
Morning @FatPom & the fantastic team.
Hoping that you’re day is a bit drier & the rising sun has raised your spirits.
Remember to upload pictures of your poorly feet, we have plenty of experienced chiropodists/podiatrists on the forum.
