About 24 miles done so far. Ian said it is getting very hot but still running!!

FP here. Sad to say there was a bit of an intervention by the. crews around me. I was pretty violently sick at base camp and not steady on my feet. Got geared to up to walk some laps and looked like Bambi on ice.
Been ordered by those around my to take some time out.
Currently sipping cold water and led on bed.
Can’t stop shaking! Will reset later and walk some laps. Currently on 35miles only
