There was a bloke who did the London Marathon a few years ago wearing a full suit of armour and pulling a very large dragon on a trolley behind him. I think it took him a week to get round, obviously not “running” continuously, but the organisers put up a finish line for him when he finally got there.
I think the same guy did it in a similar timeframe the previous year wearing a deep sea diver’s outfit.
