You pick up on some great podcasts. Every time i search it ends up coming back with running, surfing or moto.

Lad in my team is into medieval reenactment stuff. Goes round the country doing shows etc. He’s always making chainmail, shields, clothing etc. He loves it.

I’ll ask if there are any pods about it! :joy:

So do we presume he was probably severely over training. I think its going to be becoming more common now Hyrox is becoming alot more mainstream. In the Crossfit hey days it was a thing…the rhabdo clown
