Fantasy Vuelta a España '25 **No Spoilers**

I’ve cycled most of stage 10. I know those roads well  :innocent:

I can confidently predict that I will not be bottom of the league tomorrow🤣

I really needed a good sprinter or two, which is what appears to be making the difference.

Are there any/many more sprint stages now?

Two more flat stages to go, although one looks like it could be a breakaway day depending on what the peloton decide

Stages 17 and 18 back to back look brutal

Yeah, those powder puff sprinters have had their fun.

Time for the big boys to come out to play in the mountains.

Sadly I don’t seem to have picked the big boys though

No, Carapaz has been a dead loss, so far.

Same as Landa for me.

Grossscharter who I picked cos he was cheap has done me good so far. Sepp Kuss also looking like good value so far.

Especially as Roglic doesn’t even seem to need him, so he may get a stage opportunity! :see_no_evil:

To be fair, he’s had a tough summer.

I wonder if Martinez hadn’t had Covid if they would have taken him instead? Seemed to work well with Bernal at the Giro.

I’m in a tightly fought race for 3rd position. Even 4th would be my best ever but hopeful for a podium spot

Distinctly average.

On a more reflective point, the Ineos tactics are absolutely pony.

They’re basically domestiques for Roglic.

SDB’s new exciting form of racing seems to very much resemble the old Sky Train. Then again, technically they are the most successful stage race team this season.

However, it will be refreshing to see a different winner of each of the seasons grand tours again.

Roglic is on a different level.

I’m just wondering if I can move up from last place before the end. The wooden spoon is nip & tuck.

Oh you will. This is probably my worst fantasy team and performance ever.

Mother fuck, I’ve slipped to 5th.

Likewise.

Amateur. Clearly lacking the skills to achieve and hold last place :sunglasses:

I think it will be a close fought battle for the wooden spoon this time.
