Great goal and good to see your progress so far, as everyone said it’s all in the consistency to build a little bit every week.
One thing I would say that I found invaluable when I went from zero to 70.3 in 6 months was getting a coach to set my weekly workouts. It really helps keep you accountable and they will plan out the sessions properly with the progressive build up.
