Couple of weeks they said.
On FB last night I think I saw something saying this Sunday @10am.
@FatPom - yeah heard that when I watched it
Should be a good one - they had a drone for the swim, can’t wait to see them.
I enjoy GTN, it’s a bit dry, but then it’s a dry sport, isn’t it?
That drone nearly took out a few athletes as it clipped a tree filming the Ozzie Exit
It’s definitely becoming a dry sport with all the swim cancellations
I quite like GTN. It can be repetitive and not always brilliant advice but they all seem genuine and it’s free to watch, so not much to complain about.
I can’t remember the last time I watched GCN but do watch GMBN. (I go against the grain and say I’m not keen on Blake, he’s too hyperactive for me).
I like ‘That Triathlon Life’ as well but sometimes Paula seems pretty moody.
Did Dr Chris beat that ex itu pro Mark Threlfall or what ever his name is ?
He sure did
That’s some scalp … chapeau.
1hr 10mins to the summit
His back must’ve been killing him.
Look at the bloody weather this weekend
I have some footage of George Goodwin catching Ali on the struggle and then the pair of them descending the pass into Glenridding but can’t include links in my post?
Tried to watch but too many F bombs for Little One. Plus, how the hell would a river in Autumn be 4-5C in England? I 100% knew it wouldn’t be that and it turns out it was 15C which is IM Wales warm.
There’s something about Skipper that I can’t connect with.
Is it the demented laugh?
(I’ve on the fence, love to watch him race but really find him hard to watch)
Pure honesty but not what sponsors are looking for, on the video at the TT the other week he was listing his kit and talking about his nutrition then he necked a little bottle of something and started talking about how disgusting it was )
I’ve put the unedited video on youtube under George Goodwin Racing - 10mins long filmed by Mark from the Brick Session.
I know Helvellyn is high and all, but Joe skippers claim that it is Britain’s 3rd highest mountain seems a little unfair to Scotland’s 130 metric monroes, and another handful in Wales
That said, very much respect to you all for running up and down it especially in such bad weather and at the end of a tri.
Edit on reflection certainly easier to sit here and pick minor nits, than do that😀 wish I hadn’t said anything now!
3rd highest in England & good effort
I loved that footage, it properly shows how tough the latter parts of The Struggle are & how fast & sinuous the descent is.
Thanks for sharing @MrPG
