fantastic race, but Beaugrand looked comfortable all run. Heat probably played a massive part there in the end for Potter, but gutsy display

shame about Derron’s choice of coach.

Yeah was worried Potter was going to crack in the last few hundred metres, she looked destroyed at the end

Very enjoyable race, delighted for Cassandra. Beth really worked hard for that as already mentioned and Julie did brilliantly. Georgia and Flora did brilliantly as defending medalists. I was also really pleased to see Rachel Klamer put in a great result - she really steps up for the big races.

Now a little breather before we do it all again.

That was crazy. I assumed Kingma must have been catching for all the time they spent on her but no, just some random footage.

Have to say I think Vicky Holland has been excellent in her pundit role.

Continuing the theme of some bizarre coverage, the absolute critical point of the race when CB makes her race winning break they decide to show, not just a short flash, but a lingering shot of Spivey jogging it in for the minor places.
The minute she went Potter was looking over her shoulder to see if 3rd was safe so clearly had nothing left to go with her.

What did I miss :grinning:?

Yeah if she could just push that twat with her in the river, that’d be great.
