I wonder who the big Hollywood star will be. I’m guessing not Kevin Spacey!

… you think I’m bad

A former pal of GF’s years ago was getting a haircut in a posh west end hairdressers in Glasgow. The hairdresser said something remotely homophobic. He took offence, went home, later that night took a shit in a bag, walked back up to the salon and smeared it all over their window

Might still be trying to clear the bridge after two days.

I guess explosive diarrhoea might be the boost needed to make it through.

My girls were watching the 800m and 1500m and asking why they weren’t running very fast.

It’s deceptive on TV and why I fully support the notion that they should bring someone out from the crowd to do the event before the competitors to provide some context. Wouldn’t it be great to see someone run a 3 minute 800m before the elites go sub 2 minutes. How many times would most of us get lapped by the slowest finisher in the womens’ 10,000m final?

I did a 10km a couple of years ago that starts and ends on the 400m Blackheath and Bromley running track and I couldn’t believe how huge a 400m track it. It takes ages to run around it, especially when you’ve started your sprint for the line before getting there.

I loved all the crowd shots. Always love the colour and space at these sports events. Golf is always good with the green expanses, solitary figure and yellow flag, the shadows etc… and then the crowd lining the sides. Was screen shotting loads maybe for future reference
