Not guilty! Ive just read the FB advice this morning though, sounds like Helvellyn.
I’m going to be in Taupo in March, not decided on distance yet though.

Good luck! It’ll be a sweet race no matter which one you choose. I’m back in Taupo for the first time since 2006. That was the year the race got blown away by a southerly gale. Maybe the weather is following me :-).

At the awards in Taupo this morning, Mike Reilly said that IMNZ is the last m-dot Ironman with a mass swim start. It was a great swim yesterday, 16C water and reasonably calm.
